Do I get 5 free extra bags during my first pickup?

We realize that new members may have a lot of items for us, which is why we're happy to offer a free Beyond the Bin service during your first pickup for 1-5 bags of overflow! Ridwell members can add these complimentary bags via their member dashboard anytime up to 8pm the night before their first pickup. 

If you would like to utilize this offer, please make sure to add the bags onto your pickup from your dashboard. This is necessary so that we can plan our routes to accommodate for space and give our driver a heads up that you’ll have extra items for us! Here are some important details on this offer:

• This Beyond the Bin offer includes core category items and/or the current featured category. (Not sure how to check your featured category? Check out this post!)
• This offer does not apply to other add-ons like Styrofoam, fluorescent light tubes, latex paint, or clamshells.
• Please bag up your extra items in closed plastic or paper bags of your choosing: anything up to 30-gallon garbage bags are fine! Sort the items into bags by category, and label all your extra bags with “Ridwell”.
• This is a one-time offer that only applies to your first pickup. It cannot be spread out over several pickups. 

After your first pickup, we offer our Beyond the Bin add-on service for $1/bag for core category items that can’t fit in the bin.
