Can I return a gift card if I change my mind?

Before purchasing a gift card we recommend checking to ensure the recipient lives in one of our service areas. That can be done here. Once a gift card has been purchased it cannot be refunded. 

If you need to cancel an account that has a remaining gift card balance, we are happy to transfer that to another member!
