Can I return a gift card if I change my mind?

Before purchasing a gift card we recommend checking to ensure the recipient lives in one of our service areas. That can be done here, or by entering their address here. Once a gift card has been purchased it cannot be refunded. If we aren't able to do pickups in their area, we do offer Mail-in, which can be done anywhere in the US! If you'd like to order a gift kit for our mail-in service you can do that here.

If you need to cancel an account that has a remaining gift card balance, we are happy to transfer that to another member!
