I'm a Mail-In member but heard Pickups are available in my area now. How can I switch to Pickups?

We're so excited to be expanding and would love to start Pickups with you! We have a great blog about making that transition - you can check that out here.

To set up your pickups, visit https://www.ridwell.com/pickups and enter your address. Then click “Get started”. You’ll be taken to a screen to create your profile. While you already have an account with us, a Pickups profile is a bit different so you’ll still need to fill this out.

Make sure to double check your address, especially if your mailing and physical address are different, add any special access information, and payment details. Once you select “Complete,” you’re all set! We’ll follow up with information on your bin delivery and first pickup via email soon. We can’t wait to meet you!
