My bin and/or bags were stolen, lost, or damaged - how do I get replacements?

If your bin needs to be replaced, please email us at help@ridwell.com and we’ll help get you a new one as soon as possible.
If only your bags need to be replaced, you can request new bags following the steps in this article.
