How do I request additional orange Styrofoam bags?

When you add Styrofoam onto a pickup, we’ll replace the bag we pick up with a new, empty one!

You are always welcome to bag up extra Styrofoam in large garbage bags - just be sure to let us know how many bags you will have via your member dashboard! Please also be aware that the add-on  cost is applied regardless of bag size.

If you would prefer to request an extra orange Ridwell bag to use, you can sign into your Ridwell account and visit our bag request page. If you need more than one extra orange bag, please reach out to us at help@ridwell.com.
