• What is the blue bag in my bin for? (Limited areas only)
• Can I cut up and/or nest clamshells to save space? (Limited areas only)
• What are add-ons and how do I add them to my pickup?
• I added on Beyond the Bin or an add-on like Styrofoam but I forgot to put it out - was I charged?
