What time of day will my pickup happen?

Your Ridwell pickup will occur between 7am-8pm local time depending on your location. You'll get the exact time frame in your pickup reminder text or email!

We ask that your bin, bags and any add-ons be ready and waiting for our driver, and that you leave all items out for us until 8pm in case your pickup is on the later side. Thank you for your help with this!
