What should I do if I think my pickup may have been missed?
We are here to help if you’re worried your pickup may have been missed - please feel free to email us at help@ridwell.com and we’ll be happy to make things right!
*Please note that pickups may occur as late as 8pm on your designated pickup day, so if it’s earlier than that, there’s a very good chance the driver on your route is still on the way!
