Plastic film is the thin, stretchy plastic you find in bubble wrap, plastic shipping envelopes, and grocery bags. We like to use the "rule of thumb": if you can push your thumb through it easily, it’s plastic film. Plastic film is a core category for all Ridwell members - we pick it up during every pickup!

Multi-layer plastic is crinkly, thick packaging that often contains food like chips, nuts, rice, candy, or pet treats.  Multi-layer plastic is a core category available to Ridwell members on our Plastic Plus and Unlimited plans.

Keywords: multilayer, multilayered, layered, MLP
