How do I upgrade or change my membership?

You can upgrade or change your Ridwell membership plan anytime from your membership page.

When you upgrade your Ridwell plan, the upgrade will take effect immediately. You’ll receive credit for the remainder of your plan and charge the difference of the upgrade.

When you upgrade to Plastic Plus or Unlimited plan, you will receive a canvas Ridwell bag for multi-layer plastic at your next pickup. In the meantime, you can place your multi-layer plastic in a closed plastic bag (such as a household trash bag or a plastic grocery bag that’s been tied shut) for pickup.
