Can I cancel my Ridwell subscription using the Ridwell mobile app?

You can request to cancel your Ridwell subscription from the “Manage Membership” page on the Ridwell mobile app.

1. Open your Ridwell mobile app and tap the gear icon on the bottom right side of the screen to go to your Settings page.

   

2. On the Settings page, tap “Manage Membership”.

3. Scroll down to select “Cancel membership”.

   

4. This will file a cancellation support ticket, and our Member Success team will get in contact with you to cancel your membership and coordinate picking up your bin.
