My Ridwell mobile app isn’t working! What should I do?
If your Ridwell mobile app isn’t working properly, try these troubleshooting steps:
Do you have the latest version of iOS installed? Instructions on how to do this can be found on the Apple website.
Do you have the latest version of the Ridwell app installed?
Have you tried fully quitting the app and re-opening it?
Have you “hard closed” the app (swiping up from bottom) and re-opened it?
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Ridwell app?
