How do I cancel a pickup using the Ridwell mobile app?

You can use the Ridwell mobile app to opt out of an upcoming pickup that you previously opted in for. 

1. On the Pickups page, find the pickup you would like to opt out of and tap “edit pickup” to bring up the Edit Pickup page.

   

2. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Pickup page and tap “Cancel pickup”.
