How do I get help or report a bug while using the Ridwell mobile app?
If you need help from our Member Success team or encounter a bug while using the Ridwell mobile app, you can get in touch with us through the app’s Help Center.
Open your Ridwell mobile app and tap the gear icon on the bottom right side of the screen to go to your Settings page.
On the Settings page, scroll down and tap “Help Center”.
If you have a question about Ridwell service, you can tap “Read our FAQs” to view our FAQ center.
If you need assistance from our Member Success team, you can tap “Email”, “Text”, or “Fill out our contact form” to reach out to us through your preferred contact method.
Tapping “Email” will open the iOS Mail app. You can also reach out to us directly by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your email app of choice.
If you’d like to report a bug, tap “Report a bug”.
This will open the iOS Mail app so that you can email us a bug report. You can also report a bug by reaching out to us directly at email@example.com from your email app of choice.
