How do I learn about my core categories and upcoming featured categories using the Ridwell mobile app?

You can preview your core categories and your upcoming featured categories on the Ridwell mobile app from the Pickups page or from the Categories page. 

From the Pickups page

1. At the top of the page, tap a core category or your next featured category to see more info about what items we can take and who our partners are.

2. Scroll down to the “Future pickups” section to see your upcoming pickups and their featured categories.

3. Scroll to the “Get to know your next featured categories” section at the bottom of the page and tap a category to see more info about what items we can take and who our partners are.

From the Categories page

1. Tap any category you would like to learn more about to see info on what we can take and who our partners are.

2. In the “Other categories + items” section, you can toggle between featured categories or add-on categories by tapping the type of category you would like to see.
