How do I update my notification settings on the Ridwell mobile app?

You can manage your settings for email, text, and push notifications from your Notification Preferences page in the Ridwell mobile app.

1. Open your Ridwell mobile app and tap the gear icon on the bottom right side of the screen to go to your Settings page.

2. On the Settings page, tap “Notification Preferences”.

3. From the Notification Preferences page, you can edit your notifications for upcoming pickup reminders, completed pickups, and Ridwell news & updates.

4. Tap the type of notification you would like to update, then tap “push notifications”, “text messages”, or “email” to toggle the corresponding notifications on or off.
