How do I update my Ridwell notification settings?
You can update your messaging preferences anytime from your Notifications page!
To get to your Notifications page, head to https://www.ridwell.com/ and sign into your account. Then click the turquoise circle in the upper right corner, and a menu will appear with "Notifications" as one of the options.
On the Notifications page, you can choose which types of messages you would like to receive, and how you would like to get them (email or text message). Here is an example of what the settings will look like:
To turn push notifications from your Ridwell mobile app on or off, please update your notification settings via the app.
