How do I add an additional person/user to receive notifications/updates for my Ridwell account and pickups?

Absolutely! We can add a secondary email address to your account so that an additional person will receive the various notifications/reminders we send regarding pickups etc. Just email us at help@ridwell.com and we’ll work with you to get that in place!

At this point, we sadly cannot add a secondary phone number to receive texts and we apologize for any inconvenience.
