Can I manage my personal account info through the Ridwell mobile app?
You can update your phone number or email address, or request to update your address, through the “Personal Info” tab in the Ridwell mobile app.
Update your phone number or email address
Open your Ridwell mobile app and tap the gear icon on the bottom right side of the screen to go to your Settings page.
On the Settings page, tap “Personal Info”.
Tap “Email” to update your email address or “Phone” to update your phone number.
Enter your new information and then tap “Update info”.
You’re all set!
Request to update your address
Open your Ridwell mobile app and tap the gear icon on the bottom right side of the screen to go to your Settings page.
On the Settings page, tap “Personal info”.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Request to change address” under “Moved somewhere new?”
This will launch the iOS Mail app so that you can contact our Member Success team, who will assist with updating your address information.
