How do I cancel my membership?

We’re happy to assist with cancelling your membership anytime - simply email us at help@ridwell.com and we’ll help with scheduling your final pickup/bin and bags to be collected.

We also offer account pauses which can be helpful for members who will be traveling or need to hold service for a month or more with a set end date. Just email us at help@ridwell.com and our team can assist in setting a pause up!
