What should I do if I received incorrect replacement bags or there are certain bags missing after my pickup?

First, we're so sorry that you weren't left the correct bag(s)!

You can request new bags from your dashboard or pickup opt-in page. 

On your dashboard, hit the "Get new bags" button in the "Missing a bag?" section below your pickup calendar:

Or, on your pickup opt-in page, hit the "Get new bags" button in the "Missing a bag?" section on the right-hand sidebar:

This will take you to our bag request page. Select the bags you need and hit "Get replacement bags" - we'll drop your bags off during your next pickup! Please note that we can only provide one cloth bag per core category. 

If you have items for us in the meantime, please bag them up in a closed plastic bag labeled "Ridwell" and leave them on top of your bin. We'll be happy to take them that way!
