What should I do if I received incorrect replacement bags or there are certain bags missing after my pickup?

First, we're so sorry that you weren't left the correct bag(s)!

If you need a new bag, please let us know by emailing help@ridwell.com. We'll absolutely drop off the correct replacements during your next pickup! In the meantime, you're welcome to place those items in closed plastic bags and tuck it in the bin with your Ridwell bags. We'll be happy to take everything that way!
