How often/what day are my Ridwell pickups?

We pick up every two weeks as long as you’re opted in, and your pickup day depends on which neighborhood you live in!

You can check your next four upcoming pickup dates, opt in or out, and add things on anytime up until 8pm the night before pickup from your Ridwell dashboard at www.ridwell.com/dashboard.

Pickups will always occur between 8am-8pm on the day they are scheduled.
